Price a driveway by the square foot and a retaining wall by the scope, both from your own price book. Put broom finish, stamped and exposed aggregate on one quote as options. The homeowner opens the link, picks a finish and signs.

The crew, the trucks and the day all sit on one drag-and-drop board. When the forecast turns Monday night, push Tuesday's pour to Thursday and pull the block wall forward, and every phone has it before anyone leaves the house.
Rebar, block and mortar by the job
Scan rebar, mesh, block, bags of mortar and form lumber off the truck as they go on the job, so each pour carries what it actually used. Stock counts stay right per truck and per yard, and the reorder report says what to buy.
Invoice when the forms come off
The crew closes the job from the phone with the customer's signature and the invoice is written. Once the shop turns on card payments, they pay from the link. Put that against the crew hours and the material on the job and you know what the pour made you.

Can EMOR Blue estimate concrete by the square foot?
Yes. Put the square footage on a line from your own price book and give tear-out, haul-away, base, rebar and the pump lines of their own. Broom finish, stamped and exposed aggregate can sit on the same quote as three options. The customer opens the link, picks a finish and signs, and what they sign becomes the job on the board.
What happens to the schedule when a pour gets rained out?
Every crew, shift and truck is on one board, so a rained-out pour is a drag and a drop rather than a morning of phone calls. Move Tuesday's driveway to Thursday, put the block wall in its place, and each crew sees the new day on their phone within seconds.
Can I see material and labor per job?
Yes. Material comes off truck or yard stock by barcode scan as it goes on the job, so the rebar, block and mortar are charged where they were used. Crews clock in and out from their phone, so the hours land on that job's timecard. Both sit against the invoice, and the books behind it are real double-entry with a P&L.
Can I bill in stages on a bigger concrete job?
Not yet. Deposits, staged and milestone billing are on the roadmap. Today the invoice drafts itself when the crew closes the job from the phone, the customer pays from the link once the shop turns on card payments, and A/R aging flags anything that runs past thirty days. A repair and a full driveway bill the same way.
