Is EMOR Blue good for emergency plumbing dispatch?
Yes. The dispatch board shows who is on shift and what is already on each tech's board, and it syncs to every phone within seconds, so you assign after-hours and emergency calls in seconds instead of texting around. A live GPS map is on the roadmap.
Can I use flat-rate pricing?
Yes. Build your own flat-rate book, or start from an industry price-book template, and techs present consistent Good/Better/Best options on-site, so pricing doesn't drift from tech to tech.
Does it track parts on the truck?
Yes. Techs pull parts from truck stock by scanning the barcode on the job, so you can see what each truck is carrying and restock before a missing part stalls a call.
Can techs take payment in the field?
Techs close the job and text the customer an invoice link; once the shop turns on card payments, the customer pays from that link on their phone and the office sees the payment right away. EMOR Blue does not ship a card reader for tap-to-pay.
