Can EMOR Blue quote a house wash without a site visit?
Yes. Price the house wash, the roof soft wash and the driveway off your own book, by the square foot or as a flat price per stop. You can build it at the desk or in the driveway, and put all three on one quote as options. The customer signs the one they want. Job photos on the quote are on the roadmap.
How does it handle a rain-out?
You drag the washed-out jobs to the next dry day on the dispatch board, and each crew sees the new day on their phone within seconds. Shifts, crews and rigs move together, so the board stays right. You still call or text each customer with the new time; EMOR Blue does not send those messages itself.
Can I track my rigs and the chemicals on them?
Yes. Each rig is a truck in EMOR Blue with its own stock levels, separate from the warehouse. Crews pull SH, surfactant and parts by barcode scan as they use them at each stop, the reorder report shows what is running low, and you raise a purchase order to restock. Printable Code 128 labels cover anything that came without a barcode.
Does it handle commercial accounts that repeat every quarter?
Each commercial account has a customer record with every visit, quote and invoice, so you can see when the plaza was last done and what you charged, and put the next visit on the board in a minute.
